      I live in Malaysia and ordered the subject automatic drip from Velvety Coffee in Singapore. Nicholas has been very helpful in fulfilling the order, and specially arranged for shipment of the said machine via FedEx.


      After placing the order and also paying for the FedEx freight charges. The shipment reached Penang in 2 days. Quite fast l would say. However, when the shipment arrived it was raining here and package was soaking wet was wet. Nevertheless, the coffee machine fired up and worked ..
