When roasted to medium-dark, it produces a deep brown bean with a rich, balanced flavor and a full body, tames any sharpness while unlocking layers of sweet, jammy tropical fruit and sun-ripened apricot, complemented by a bright pop of sweet citrus orange.
A gentle caramel undertone adds body and roundness, balancing the fruit with a pleasant, lasting sweetness.
