Package/Level 1 (no dismantling of subsystems)
Descaling boiler, systems - steam wand, hot water wand and E-61 group head
Flushing boiler and group head and steam & hot-water wands
Provision of ECM cleaning agents
General exterior cleaning
Package/Level 2
Dismantle E61 brew group head, remove and clean shower screen and gasket, clean the inside of the group head, dismantle and clean lower sleeve assembly system, clean "mushroom" (exclude dismantling Flow control unit into parts)
Dismantle frothing wand and hot water wand, clean the inside of the wands
Dismantle Brew lever, clean and lubricate camshaft and parts
Provision of ECM cleaning agent and USA NSF approved food-grade lubricant
Reassemble all systems and general exterior cleaning
Specific Terms & Condition
We do not warrant equipment operation.
Owner indemnifies us against any system malfunction and body panel and exterior parts blemishes.
Excludes any part replacement, diagnosis of any technical issue, or repair service.
Owner to send item to our designated warehouse, otherwise we can provide transportation service at additional costs.
Warehousing/Storage and transportation fees will incurr (at cost from third party logistics provider) if owner does not intend/unable to receive item one week after maintenance service has been completed. Item shall be disposed thereafter one month from final reminder.
