RETURN POLICY​

1. WHICH PRODUCT DOES IT COVER

​

Applicable for ECM, Hiroia, TECHNIVORM, VBM and Ceado MACHINES AND electrical equipment only.

​

2. WHAT QUALIFIES FOR RETURN

​

Velvety Coffee shall rectify any problem with your machine /equipment which is deemed to have been with the machine already upon purchase.  Rectification period is subject to parts availability, and may be lengthy subject to supply and logistics factors.

​

If a malfunction occurs within less than seven days after purchase (the date of delivery applies), we shall consider repairing or exchanging the machine.

​

3. SUBJECT TO RECTIFICATION

Should a part malfunction during warranty period, the decision to make good or replace the affected part/s to restore the equipment to normal function is solely subjected to Velvety Coffee, and the Buyer/Customer has no right to demand an exchange.

​

4. SENDING GOODS TO DESIGNATED LOCATION

Buyer shall send the item/s to the designated workshop for all diagnosis and repairs. 

​

5. OTHER EXCLUSIONS

There is no warranty for non-electrical appliances, accessories, instrumentation items and all spare parts.

Goods sold are non-refundable. Goods are sold as-is condition from the respective Manufacturer.
